Last argument for the night. Eirin is not as strong as the Watatsuki sisters. There's a reason why she had to flee from the moon with Kaguya. And there's a reason why she went out of her way with the bloated events that took place in IN. (Which ended up putting Kaguya in more danger.)

The big boss doesn't have to run or hide from his or her underlings. That's the equivalent of Remilia fleeing from Scarlet Devil Mansion in order to protect Flandre. Remilia would never have to do such a thing because no two beings combined in SDM are on par with her or her sister.

Yorihime and Eirin fought against Reimu in a fair duel, yet Yorihime won with only a microscopic fraction of her full potential. Eirin lost with back up from Reisen, Tewi, and Kaguya. The Watatsuki sisters' reputation was such that Yukari had to cook up a giant 3 stage plan. Eirin was just the "brains of the moon" to Yukari in SSiB and IN.
