Me yet again.

Set up a repository for the patch here:
https://github.com/lioncash/AQUASTYLE-Chronicle-English-Patch

This way it allows me to update it without having to make actual announcements until the entire patch is done, but still allows newer versions of the unfinished patch to be public so people can actually leave feedback on what translations should be changed or modified.

Anyhow, I probably won't post here again unless questions are asked, since I have nothing else to contribute with.
