That doesn't sound like a good idea. Towels are really thick and excessive dry rubbing would probably damage the hole.

I have one and I've cleaned it a few times. I've been rinsing it with one of these bulb syringes to push soapy water from one hole out the other. I dried with only a paper towel inserted as deeply as I can, but I'm not too concerned about getting the insides as dry as possible, at least for short-term reusage.

Bought one of these things to clean out my Cocolo.

Hopefully it's enough to push cum through the internals out the other hole.
