This guy is 秋元康, and according to a list curated by Euro Maestro, he's the number-one engager on Google+ as measured by comments on, shares of and plus-ones for his posts.

He's not in the most circles -- not by a long shot. His circle count is less than 300k.

But every single post without exception reaches the 500-comment limit, so he's the only user on Google+ whose comment average is 500 comments.

Akimoto's shares are so-so, an average of 67. But his average number of plus-ones per post is an unbelievable 3,804!
