HIGHLY recommended to manually pre-install the Touhou mods for the server (usually a MEGA link posted here before the server is online) instead of waiting for the automatic downloader when you join the server. To do that, just unzip the contents of the MEGA file to the "mods" directory in your MTA installation.

What missions would a Touhou x GTA game have?

Why did San Andreas get such a big Touhou modding scene? It doesn't seem like something Japs would play, much less mod.
