Could be he’s just depressed in general or because of other stuffs in life (shit job). With over 100k followers he probanly gets more comments than he can even read already.

I don’t feel twitter is THAT bad, if you properly name your tweets (and you can add a few tags) it’s not hard to find stuffs. The problem being the artists who doesn't even bother doing that, it’s really annoying and indeed makes their stuffs lost in limbo after some times. And combined with having no Pixiv/DA, it’s a really stupid thing to do.
Sounds more like it’s the fault of the artist than the site. Twitter is also nice to tweet work in progress and small stuffs you wouldn’t post on Pixiv or DA.
