The cursed swords could be another such example. Lilith was wary enough of them that she actually gathered them up and sealed them away in various parts of the world herself. One wonders if they were actually still dangerous at the time or if she was just being cautious. I'd wager the latter, presumably if they were for certain still dangerous she would have just had them all destroyed, judging by what she did to the tentacle plants.
