when women wear makeup they dont do it to attract men, they do it because they want to feel pretty. This is the same for kigs, and both situations are very similar. Its not a desire to look sexy, its a desire to look pretty. They will always appreciate compliments (i.e "your hair looks nice" or "you have a cute dress") but there is a line when the comments start to become sexual, as just because they are kigging doesnt mean they are looking for sex.
Despite what you may think, kigging is not a fetish, it just has aspects of it that lead into sex since most men who kig are gay or bisexual.
