Billy Herrington is a "pay for gay" actor, and has made a lot of embarrassing porn films. After discovering these, 2chan/2ch/Nico began to make shops and remixes of him. They're all extremely popular. After hearing about this, Billy actually made his way down to Japan where he would have a Figma made out of him. It was a pretty silly event with Billy trying to speak Japanese.

So far, there are 4 versions of the Billy Herrington Figma (Normal, Birthday, Halloween and one that slips my mind right now.)
