A mix of drying sticks and the chopstick method
The drying stick goes in first, wiggle it around a bit so it touches the sides of the hole and it will soak up like 95% of the moisture
Then you get some fancy chopsticks, preferably with a rounded end, like pic related but rounder if you can, then wrap a paper towel or thin cloth around it burrito style with about an inch or so going past the end of the stick
Fold that extra bit back kind of like this ___\ so the stick doesn't just poke through and then insert it into your doll moving it in kind of a circular motion to make sure you pick up anything the drying stick missed
After that double check for any moisture but you should be good to go and once you know what you're doing the whole process is less than 10 minutes
