The IDs discuss literal mass murderers and serial killers that have taken hundreds of lives, they have had entire streams dedicated just to that. They do heaps of other weird shit too, they aren't expected to be the JP idols
The ENs so far have have semen raining cumcuck machine lazy negro of nippon Mori doing mostly as she wishes going on to podcasts talking about hentai porn and taking shits, and a big thumbs up from managment and no corporate yabs
The ENs clearly are held to a different standard. They may be Hololive, but they aren't the Idols like the JP girls many people seem to want and mistakenly believe they are
