I find it much easier to just timeshift the japanese subs. I though it was a hassle in episode 1 too and that made me time episode 2 myself, and that took me... maybe 6 to 8 hours of non-interrupted labour. So no, it's much easier to just timeshift the jap subs 10 times or so, and snap every line to the scene (in aegisub, you can set View > Options > Audio > Snap to Keyframe, and they you just pull the line in the line in the audio spectrogram viewer to the nearest keyframe at the right and/or the left as needed).

To typesetting anon, QC anon, new translator and whoever else wants to typeset: I know the Shakespeare lines are full of errors, but they're actually print errors from the original book, so I left them intact to keep the Shakespeare style.
