The accent/dialect thing wasn't actually started by Roa, though I agree she could have ignored it.

Meiro debuts 7/12. manager asks her if possible, to use standard dialect from now on. Meiro says she will try, the same day she @everyone in the discord about the matter, then someone asks if she used the accent she used to stream during the recruit process, she answers no.

Roa complains about the accent like 2 weeks later.
So Ichikara does have some kind of "no overlapping" rule they tried to enforce initially, and to be fair she sounded a lot like Roa.
But Roa could have just ignored it, or Meiro could have just used a standard dialect like she did during recruitment. The 2 of them are menhera.
