>Erika saw toogether both Shannon and Kanon
Nope, perspective means from Erika's first person perspective. If it was Erika saying "I saw x, y, z" then that would be from Erika's perspective, however in the episode the only thing we see is Erika saying that "everyone is here". Manga confirms this, it's a narrative trick.

>YASU AND BATTLER LOVE STORY BORN THANKS MYSTERY
Something can be a mystery without being a traditional mystery adhering strictly to the two set of random rules picked out. Umineko ITSELF explicitly rejects a fundamentalist approach to mystery fiction and changes the rules of Van Dine and Knox. One of Van Dine's rules is that no love interest must appear and a rejection of love in favor of a traditional mystery, and yet Umineko is a story centred around love and its tagline is that "Without love, it cannot be seen" and it explicitly changes rules such as "No more than ONE trapdoor may appear" to "No trapdoors may appear" for the sake of the narrative.

Umineko just isn't a traditional mystery in which everything can be solved according to two rule sets, the rules clearly change from game to game and you rigidly and autistically applying it blanketly across the entire novel is missing the point so hard.
