Mai doesnt strike me as someone that interested in Gensokyo. She's pretty hard to read and knows it, so I can't say for sure. Maybe if you take around the more emotional Yuki for a ride first, she might feign interest while actually wishing to be shown the goods. That's where you start bringing goodies from Gensokyo or weird little items they don't have in Makai. Whether you only gift her these, or wish to show her these items while being there is up to you. Again, the best course of action to take with someone like Mai is a bit hazy. Just don't get your hopes too high up, she's one treacherous maiden if she wants to be.
