It’s clearly fake, the account in the screenshot alleged to be Artia’s post has no likes or replies at all. Look at pic related which is said to be the proof. “Artia’s” post is screencapped literally right after it is posted with no likes or replies, just as if someone made a throwaway account intended to look like her and immediately screencapped it. That’s why the alleged “proof” is how the icon and name matches too. Because the icon and name were ripped from her actual alt account to make a throwaway. If it was “well known” to be her account people would be following it to see it, so the screencap would show it.
