it's a bayonet. AKM bayonets look like combat knives because they do double-duty as combat knives/wire-cutters

that's not how bayonets work, though. When impaling someone the only part of the blade that matters is the point, which is why a lot of bayonets are edgeless or cylindrical. If a bayonet has an edge at all, it's usually because it was designed to be used as a knife/entrenching tool if needed
