With regards to SubaHibi, the literary references only enhance the experience, if you're into that sort of thing. And even if you're not, it's done well and doesn't really detract from the story (having said that I'm only on It's My Own Invention). I highly doubt that there's any need to go tracking down everything that Wittgenstein has ever wrote just to understand it. The scene at the end of Down the Rabbit Hole with Zakuro and the Night on the Galactic Railroad was fucking perfect and worked well because it was such an odd and mystical scene anyway.

I never cry while reading visual novels. So why did this scene have so much of an impact on me, and why are my eyes tearing up?
