She straight up says she likes Miyao because he tears down talentless losers and makes them want to quit, for their own good. Gunhild was a talentless street rat but she wanted to become a rich gauntlet knight really badly, so she had to compensate her lack of talent with a Takano-tier amount of effort and determination, study so much she had nighmares about it and get her flat preteen ass fucked by military officials to even have a chance at success. She was supposed to be a loser, but she sacrificed her time, health and dignity to rise above her place and be given an opportunity by the boomers.

That data fragment basically explains that she's not happy with her life and regrets putting herself through all that shit to obtain her current position. It wasn't worth it. She literally says during the main story that she wishes she could forget it all even if it means blowing her fucking brains out. And she's high on stimulants like Lilja half the time.

So I don't think she actually loves Miyao in that way. She just wishes someone like Miyao had appeared back then and made her give up on her dream. If that happened, she would be a different person now and she would like that Gunhild much more than she likes her current self, even if she had to live in the slums as a nobody. She's a humiliatee who wasted her youth studying and training HARD for this shit and also sold her human dignity for status and money, letting fat old men repeatedly fuck her ass-to-mouth.

There is a reason her VR experience involves having fun with friends at a concert. She misses her teenage years. I too think that she's actually quite a bit older than she seems, considering her secret military rank that is even higher than Okonogi's, the fact that her factory sisters have actual adult jobs like secondary secretary and restaurant owner, and the fact that Miyao points out early on that she's way too mature for her age.

Although I like the idea of Gunhild being a slut who wants to fuck younger kids because the idea of exposing herself to inexperienced brats makes her wet. It's like a weird self-degradation fetish.
