Well, the person to mostly likely want this job is unlikely to have had a strong irl lifestyle and support group. Life has been hard to Ame so she became a shut-in and Gura is just a natural shut-in so that explains their issues. Calli is a giant dork who has been trying for years but just not getting anywhere so success is a big "holy shit" that she didn't expect. Kiara just seems to have been fucked over by both life and her own actions so she's a bit desperate as she views this as her last chance. Ina really seems to be the only one who had a healthy normal life and just grinded success from her love and skill at art.

It seems a lot of HoloJP suffers from a lot of the same issues both Ame and Gura have as being shut-ins with not much experience socially nonetheless thousands of people. The difference is JP has a much larger support network then EN but I assume it took them years to get comfortable with everything. And even then, with examples like Rushia and Matsuri crying you see how easily things can get to them.

People who are okay being alone for long periods of times and whose only social life is people on the internet they never see face-to-face are bound to have some mental hang-ups. It's just the type of people this job attracts. Is it what it is even if it sucks for the girls we like to watch. All we can do is support them and hope they get the support that they need in return.

Incluso si la ves como ayuda para dormir, te dará gustosamente una serenata con su tranquila voz para que puedas descansar y recuperarte después de un día duro.
Me encanta Amelia. Sus payasadas y su comportamiento bromista hacen que mucha gente tenga la mayor de las sonrisas en sus rostros a lo largo de su flujo, pero también salen de ellos con algo de auto-reflexión después de sus breves ráfagas de sabiduría o de que sea capaz de invocar sentimientos que los usuarios no creían poder sentir.
Me encanta Gura. Una chica maravillosa a la que no puedes evitar querer proteger y verla crecer, para que se abra más. Sobre todo después de escuchar las pocas canciones que hizo, y su capacidad de captar e invocar la alegría pura y la positividad de las cosas más simples y pequeñas.
