I can't be bothered to run anymore. Since if Tanaka plans to implement a sub mechanic with tenders. Hopefully he gives the ability to get Jingei from a quest or something. I don't remember being this unlucky for getting a ship.

I already know the drop rates. Also using the calculations. With a 2.35% drop rate.

I should have gotten Jingei with a 99.8% probability.

To have a minimum 99% chance of getting Jingei you need 194 runs.

Luck is a skill I wish I had.
