It's from picrel, I just fucked with some image editing software to get it looking better and hardcoded the translation from danbooru.
It was a little odd, I think it was a jap who learnt english and not the other way around since it was a little literal, like instead of being "Nicely plump" it was rendered "nice and fleshy" which sounds like the kind of mistake you'd get by only knowing the dictionary definition, so I changed it. Call me a localising scumbag if you want, you can not be wrong and still not be correct in my opinion.
But no, I did not draw it and shall take no credit thereof.
