I agree with you, it shouldn't be removed as an option. But I'm just pointing out that anon's argument is completely invalid, since the game is not "about tsp rape" as he's saying, and rape isn't even a main mechanic. It gives a small bonus to checks, comparable to lewd/pleasure marks. It's an option, sure, but it's neither the gameplay focus (dialogue/sheer amount of other mechanics) in achieving an objective or the main objective (mostly dialogue, again) itself.
