In order to remove the clothing, her head, left arm, and right hand come off.
Belt is kind of a pain to take off. There is a small hole that has a larger peg of plastic that goes through it that looks like it could tear pretty easily.

Got her in the mail today and decided to take a few pictures.

Her mantle, shirt?, belt, and collar are all cast-offable. (more of that in the next two posts)
Her sword also comes out of the scabbard, but isn't much to look at.
