That's the first problem, the shitty script.
Give the VA more freedom, let her develop a proper consistent personality.
The script in fact is so shit, there have been several contraditions already.

The second problem is the shitty content.
Boring mobile apps nobody cares about, trying to appeal to international audience way too much, forcing the "dude I'm a real JK gal, honest" too hard.
