Oomukades are great for this. It honestly seems a bit unfair that they can inject their strength-debilitating venom from either their mouth, neck maxmillipeds, or the sharply modified last pair of legs on their tail end. You could block two attempts and she could still inject you from another angle.

Three characters huh, in that case I'd ask for ones where I really want some different angles/naked to understand just how their body is structured:

Oomukade (are there centipede limbs growing out of her arms, is that a tag over her vagina or a strangely shaped venom gland)
Ryu (gotta know if she has extra hands)
Girtablilu (just what does the area where the scorpion and humanoid portion meet fully look like)

I wonder just what wonderworm and oomukade use their neck limbs for? Clearly the oomukade's can inject venom, but she could also just use the teeth in her mouth for that. Perhaps a double bite/injection while kissing?

The wonderworm's are shorter, and don't look like they'd be helpful for holding food unless it was already in their mouth, and they'd seldom be eating anything large enough that they'd benefit from extra limbs to hold it.

So perhaps they are simply there to tickle and scratch at the man's face and neck while kissing and mating. Sort of like what some boas and pythons use their pelvic spurs for.

Good eye, what's more it seems to lie way too flat on that part to be clothing. It literally looks like part of her skin there. Reminds me of the oomukade, how her venom gland patterns seem to merge with what looks like some kind of paper seal over her vagina but could just be the pattern her venom glands form around it (every line on the "seal" links up with the rest of the venom gland pattern).

It is noted in the settings books that a number of monsters don't actually wear any clothing over their privates, instead simply camouflaging them with mana or scales or other anatomical features.

MGE venom, depends on the kind. Girtablilu venom paralyzes you, oomukade venom saps your strength, manticore venom puts your semen production into overdrive, etc. The main unifying effect of them all of course is a rush of sexual pleasure, especially at the injection site. Apophis venom in particular is said to make a man delirious with pleasure and heat.

I imagine the initial response to such injections is the man's spasming in the monster's grip, perhaps orgasming spontaneously as the pleasure center of his brain starts overloading.

I don't see any indication there that they have multiple reproductive orifices, cloacas, etc. That paragraph is just talking about how some monsters lay eggs and others don't and that they all require internal fertilization.

The images we have likewise show such monsters as arachnes, mermaids, etc. with very human-like vaginas.
