A leader is an administrator and Youmu's only real talents are gardening, swordplay, and being afraid of ghosts despite living in a place full of ghosts, serving a ghost, and being half-ghost. Rather than follow and obey her, everyone else would probably just bully her until she cries.

As much as I like Youmu, I still think Seija or Shiki are better than her, but she's certainly the cutest and most adorkable. Really can't go wrong with a girl who's half ghost and yet has a fear of ghosts despite serving a ghost princess.
