For context, anon discovered AKS master plan through reverse engineering the unique aspects of the 17th gen and 18th gen. Previous gens felt like they were just a mishmash of random elements, like the strategy of "throw it against the wall and see what sticks", but currently they can't afford to do that, though I admit it's a good strategy, if only they have the resources to grow the revealed strengths and even capitalize on the talent's weaknesses. Now they are designed to promote intentionally, though a protip: add a bit of randomness as well, maybe one or two would be random.

Also regarding archetypes, often new recruits start with certain archetypes and they develop from there. But they are not limited to be excellent in that archetype. Those who could master more archetypes would rise above the rest. It's not about jack of all trades, it's about being master of many. It's very rare that an idol can master all the elements like in Avatar, but growth target for the talents is not just mastering the initial archetype, but evolving and developing into other archetypes.
