Only the Deen anime ever showed the statue still broken in the present, and even then it was inconsistent in Minagoroshi, with some shots of it broken and some of it intact.

For what's worth though, it's not the mirrored statue from Gou/Sotsu. That's the one part that was actually Gou/Sotsu exclusive.
