I don't warm my holes, though some of the breast toys I've looked at recommend warming in 40C water for about 15 minutes. For drying with the nicer onas I use a microfiber cloth to get up what water I can and then some cheap drying sticks to get the rest, and then a sponge stick to finish up just in case. I also picked up some dowels with fitted microfiber wrappers to try out as the chopstick+cloth method wasn't working for me with the tighter holes and they work fine but I'm not sure if they're better or worse than the drying sticks. Might stick less, potentially. I also picked up a cheap aquarium pump due to recommendations but haven't really done experiments to see if they really work better. When I get a 3D printer eventually I might try out that dryer that one anon has been working on.
