Marisa is probably japanese, but Remi and Flan are almost certainly european gaijins. Maybe Patchy too. Also, Meiling is chinese. Fairies are also a european concept, but since they come from nature maybe they don't count as gaijins.

Then again, maybe it doesn't really matter for the supernaturals so much.
