Have you tried or considered vibrators for head stimulation?
I have one of these mandible looking fuckers, it's a bit expensive and not extremely powerful, but the patterns are pretty nice and I REALLY like using it on my glans. I mostly press the frenulum into the seam/dip where the vibrations are the strongest and the mandibles will hug and caress the head sending vibrations through it from all around while I gently move it up and down stroking just the head.
