changelog:
- implement balloon notification for severely damaged ships
- implement function to show/hide specific columns in various reports
- add HP gauge
- add fleet message bar (displays current condition, morale recovery time, and air superiority value)
- add ship (Naka Kai2) and equipment names (Anti-Torpedo Bulges)

since i don't have the new equipment, please report to me if the Anti-Torpedo Bulge equipment doesn't display correctly on the ship/equipment report.
