Anything that is SoL moege shit. Find something you like the sound of rather than "is easy". Hanahira is the ultimate in easy moege but it's probably the most boring too, go for something that might be slightly harder but can at least entertain you.

I'm just one low IQ guy. I can't singlehandedly get the discussion back on track even though I recognize that the current discussion is ass.

Watch, I'll try. Is this a good guide?

A few years ago I got an app called Dr. Moku for kana (although it was 2 separate apps, one for hiragana and the other for katakana). Back then, it only cost $2 per app. However, I believe it costs $8 currently. I learned both hiragana and katakana completely in 1 day from these apps, and after not thinking about Japanese for 2 or so years, I still completely remember hiragana (I did need to recall the katakana - but only took an hour or so)

I'm not that far ahead of you in learning Japanese. However, after learning Kana I suggest you start with Tae Kim's complete guide to Japanese. Here's the link: http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/

Pic somewhat unrelated

Just pick the VN you want to read the most, they're both probably about the same difficulty.

That chart has too much text and shit on it, a good chart is just a bunch of VNs and people can pick randomly based off the cute girls on the cover.

So guys, is this true?
Last month I finished reading Aiyoku no Eustia, it wasn't really that hard to read, and it was also fairly short as I finished it in about half a month.
Is the unique kanji a good way to measure my ability, because I am not sure if I'm able to read Baldr Sky or Steins;Gate or even Harukuru even if I found Eustia not hard.

Can I just assume that I am able to read them? or is Eustia still baby-tier despite the kanji count?

You can see how many kanji the VN have on this chart and choose for yourself. Flyable Heart is recommended.

>almost have to look one or two words every sentences
This is normal. Persevere and you will get better. Don't stop trying to read.

What VN are you reading?
If you're not reading a VN, you should be.

Perhaps this chart will give you an idea of the number of kanji you need to read real-life Japanese texts.

Dracu riot
