I’ve tried it, but it doesn’t hold for very long. The glue doesn’t stick everywhere and the places where it does stick become new weakpoints, with the material brittling and tearing around it. TPEs and silicone interact oddly with solvents, with some stuff (like tyre repair glue) melting through the hole entirely and other glues (water-based ones in particular) not sticking at all. The ideal glue would be a bonding glue that matches the elasticity of the material. That’s not even getting into how safe strong glues might be on your dick. I recommend repairing tears with heat instead, but this can also brittle the material, so condition it afterwards.
