It's amazing how easy you can spot a foreigner.
Even if he wasn't slightly overweight, there's something that just makes him stand out completely. Maybe the clothes, but most probably the sunglasses.
Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen Japanese people walking around with sunglasses unless they were celebrities.
