it was made a bit before loras became commonplace so it's a model to itself, and so it's a few gigabytes larger than it needs to be and if someone could be bothered they could probably make a more malleable rika lora, but in my experience it works just fine and produces nice images with the right settings and prompts

3080 10gb is good enough for me, and from i can tell it's mostly vram you need for it to work well so it should be more than good enough
