Gensokyo is a pretty small place, and given how fast Aya is, she can reach Youkai Mountain and her home in a flash, no matter where she is. This means, of course, that she almost never sleeps anywhere but her own bed; why sleep anywhere else when your own bed is within reach at all times?
On that note, however, Aya isn't very comfortable at all with sleeping anywhere else. She's so used to her own home, and the idea of making her normally super-powered self so vulnerable anywhere else worries her.

If Aya asks to spend the night at your place, she's got a damn good reason for it. Keep that in mind.
