I agree, her dogs are definitely debuffing her. When I lived with a dog and had to do lots of videoconferencing I got a Kong toy that looked like a buttplug, it has a hole in the middle that you stuff peanut butter into, the dog spends an hour trying to lick the peanut butter out but can't because of the design of the toy. She needs something like that, a treat that lasts literally hours, to distract her dogs.
