TYPE-MOONの伝奇……というか、奈須きのこがTYPE-MOONでやっている伝奇は『すべて同じ世界』と思われがちですが、それはあくまで基本であって大きく二つの系統に分かれている事は今までちょろちょろ説明してきました。

On another note this quote by Nasu confirms it without a shadow of a doubt that when Nasu says 型月伝奇 or TYPEMOON伝奇 he is referring to TM works as a whole, or rather the very framework encompasing all TM works. He states here only Gudaguda and Servantverse don't follow that same framework.
So this translation is accurate, and ARC is indeed the most powerful entity in all TM works.

Evidently he does, which is why he wrote the storyline. It just doesn't particularly impact the narrative of the story since it's only a single route which Nasu himself claimed it was special here.

Wrong lol. We're literally told humanity was exterminated, with the narrator himself reiterating "this is no hyperbole" lol. We're also told Arc stored all life on Earth bound by gravity and Eco Arc claimed any bad end with Luminary is a world-bad end. The reason for this is because Arc had stored the world inside her, so if Arc was to become a living being and then self-destruct via dispersal she would have taken the entire world with her. This is outright stated in MBTL.

Arc is still strongest TM character.
