-Pretty cheap, rent isn't too expensive and low cost of living
-Excellent public transportation system, especially the bus. University students ride the bus for free, so pay a kid $20 for his ID. You get to use it while he can just get a new one. Or just search the cushions on campuses.
-Pretty darn safe, never hear about any crime
-Durr internet
-Has some nice parks, plenty of libraries and museums from the Universities and the old steel tycoons. Also has a large Botanical Garden. Again, you get in these for free with a University ID.

And yes, all the steel mills are shut down.

This guy also has a nice, unique style. He doesn't seem to deviate much ffrom the usual anime gestures and poses, though.

Gensokyo is very happy place with a lot of fun and interesting things, places and Touhous! Many cool activities and there is always something happening. And Touhous have special abilities. Sometimes there are bigger events that everyone is invited to join and sometimes they become more serious.
