Miko is without a doubt Gensokyo's biggest player, intentional or otherwise. Her position obviously requires an excellent silver tongue, but I like to imagine it's so ingrained into her mannerisms that she doesn't realize she's such a charmer half the time. Probably a reason she doesn't get in much trouble because of it, too.
