So I heard on Twitter there was this candidate who had good results in the SR audition but didn't pass further rounds and she also tried to audition for Out Of 48 but also didn't pass further rounds. I was thinking which of the archtypes she would excel if she were to audition for 19th gen, and then I realize I forgot to mention something about these archetypes.

Often new recruits start with certain archetypes and they develop from there. But they are not limited to be excellent in that archetype. Those who could master more archetypes would rise above the rest. It's not about jack of all trades, it's about being master of many. It's very rare that an idol can master all the elements like in Avatar, but growth target for the talents is not just mastering the initial archetype, but evolving and developing into other archetypes.

I get it now, AKS chooses new recruits based on personality types. In Kpop, members are usually chosen primarily for the roles first, and then the personality types would just fit on whoever is suitable. In AKB48, it's the other way around, atleast in recent auditions, they choose mainly who would fit certain personality types.

DO NOT LEAK THIS REPORT THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION THAT CAN BE USED BY FUTURE CANDIDATES TO CONSTRUE RESULTS FOR THEIR PERSONAL ADVANTAGE

Interesting pairings of the 18th gen in their theater devirginization.

In a battlefield, one of the things you need to look out for is the morale of the soldiers. I was worried with how my 18th gen daughterfu with 2 year exclusivity clause would show, but she came in guns a-blazing great fighting spirit. At first she seemed like the slacker type, even ponkotsu type. I guess her experience in Out Of 48 made her realize her potential and ignited her greed. This maybe what they saw in her and now I see it.

Yuna is leader of 18th gen, and when I compare her performance with Ai, she needs to improve with her performance, as they lead by example. Energy is there, accuracy is there, facial expression is there, by the positive force is lacking. When I look at Ai, I smile. When I look at Yuna of the 18th gen, it's like I'm watching Nmixx. Yuna of the 18th gen is well balanced but she needs to step up if she is the brand of 18th gen. But then again homogeneity is boring, it could become her own style, but it just feels off, even bad. Maybe make a sacrifice, give up individuality with becoming the standard model base template of 18th gen.

Yuiyuiyui's facial expressions still needs improvement. One on one with Sory, Yuiyui may have the advantage of a dancer's body, but ohohoho, Sory can take her any day.

18th gen already great with eye contact, though a little improvement in the fluidity of the transitions. Need to soften the cuts of eye contact, abrupt cuts of eye contact just feels like snob. Try practicing moving head first, maintaining eye contact, and then the eyes follow the direction of the head. It's like the eyes have a lag with the head motion. With practice they will learn this technique.

The smiles break when breathing hard. The ones with dancer bodies are able to cope with the exhaustion better, just noting it as it's noticeable on other members.

Azuki of the 18th gen shows good facial expressions, might have same potential characteristics like Sory, maybe dreams of becoming actress too?
