I think holoEN did something really significant.
I mean, they give death to weeb culture. A million of viewers noticed that it doesn't necessarily need to be "Japan". Now the culture of anime become independent from that archipelago. People can launch their own anime at every corner of the nation in the world.
And it's so powerful. People may become millionaires by anime, may exploit anime for their political or religious issues, and nations have their own vtubers as propaganda against their adversaries..
