After like 20 hours of trail and error I got it working. Pretty much just deleted everything that wasn't overwritten by the Japanese voices, and it started working right after.

Also the movies won't be subbed. I don't feel like learning how to sub just yet, my mind will go insane.

Oh and thanks to /jp/ radio for playing awesome music while I was banging my head on my desktop figuring how things worked.
