You also have a strange mark tattooed on your arm that reads "ENGLISH PATCH." You cannot remove it.

You are in the middle of a field in a valley, to your EAST is a MODERATELY TALL MOUNTAIN, to your west is a TALLER MOUNTAIN, to the north is a MILDLY WOODED FIELD, to the south is a PATH.
What do you do?
