Someone posted this in the last thread saying this tier list is for "hard content". I just wanted to repost it because I have a hard time seeing how in Shinki's name regular Sakuya is a tier. 0 team utility, garbage damage, one break on her regular attacks at 3 fucking power and a non-element all targeting spell card. How is she above anything? I refuse to believe the likes of Kaguya, Reisen, Mokou, Cirno, Alice, Marisa, Ran, etc are worse than her since they at least provide some measure of breaks or team utility.
