I like Peso's sense of humor and most of his designs a lot - he manages to make most characters really meaty and bulgy without it looking too grotesque or ridiculous IMHO.
Only exception is when he makes the breasts really saggy to the point they're flailing around like maces, but I know some people are into that and he doesn't make bad saggers for what it's worth.

I prefer different boobhu artists depending on the mood I'm in, but right now I'd say I like itou_yuuji's boobhus the most. I especially appreciate how they are firm but have a pretty natural give when moving, held, in clothes, etc.
