Because Bandori's lives never were that popular in the first place. The brand has more power and rely on GARUPA, the mobile game, not on live performances like the previously mentioned. And it's a 6 year old game, it's natural a bit recline, but still, it's the top 10 gachas in Japan, even beating all those iM@S gachas combined, while Shinymas is barely seen in top 100. The only idol thing Bandori loses is UmaMusume, but that doesn't count because it's a horse gambling.

She literally has a model-like body because she have done some jobs as gravure before she started voice acting when she was 14 years, now she's only 18, and still has a good body, cute face, good voice actress, and has an amazing singing voice. She's very talented. If she was a Holo, you would love her instead. And if she wasn't tied with Bushiroad, she would be a more popular seiyuu.
