Depends? ZUNs art has her looking about as young as everyone else is, though her PCB evening dress (the purple one) doesn't help her look young in my opinion, and she just kinda looks funny in IN. For non ZUN art it's fairly consistent (except CoLA which has her as a loli), in her appearance: tall, confident, well dressed, full chest more often than not. I'd place her as late 20s early 30s which for the Japanese is a christmas cake. It's her demeanor and how she carries herself that people latch onto. She full of herself, knowledgeable, and experienced which lends to someone who is older.
